Thesgi Cooperative was established in 2013 by a group of farmers from the Larissa region to address the challenges they were facing at the time.
The cooperative’s headquarters is located in Larissa, and its activities are spread across Thessaly. Thesgi is owned, controlled, and provides benefits to 54 member producers, and it has access to over 25,000 acres of arable land. The cooperative’s primary crops are cereals, cotton, and energy crops, and it is exploring new crops.
Co-opAbility is collaborating with Thesgi’s management, cooperative members, and staff to co-design solutions that will support the development of a sustainable growth strategy based on the unique needs and capabilities of the business.
Our team has conducted training seminars for Thesgi’s members, management, and employees, and provides them with consulting services to help them define their shared vision, address current business needs, tackle significant challenges in their environment, and effectively chart their future strategy.
